  • Prenatal

    Usually a gentle full body relaxation massage with light pressure and slow strokes to help ease stress on mommy and baby. Depending on the stage of the pregnancy you may choose the positioning of your preference from belly-down to side lying as well as the type of pressure to be utilized from light, medium, firm or deep pressure to aching areas and to help relief discomforts associated with the constant growth of the baby.
