  This is a full body relaxation massage includes massage to hands, feet, face, scalp. Light, medium or firm pressure may be utilized during this session to help relax muscles, improve circulation, ease stress and flush toxins from the body. Hot towels for feet and face are included.

- Deep Tissue
  During this session deeper pressure is applied to work the deeper layers of muscles and improve tight, tired, overworked aching areas of the body and to stretch and relax the muscles. This session may be used to focus on certain areas of the body if you prefer.

  - Trigger Point
    Trigger points are soft tissue painful areas throughout the body. This session helps reduce chronic pain due to tension headaches, low back pain, fibromyalgia and other soft tissue pain problems. During this session direct pressure is applied to the trigger points in order to reduce the symptoms of pain.

  - Prenatal
    Usually a gentle full body relaxation massage with light pressure and slow strokes to help ease stress on mommy and baby. Depending on the stage of the pregnancy you may choose the positioning of your preference from belly-down to side lying as well as the type of pressure to be utilized from light, medium, firm or deep pressure to aching areas and to help relief discomforts associated with the constant growth of the baby.

Treatments
These are other forms of treating aching muscles, aching joints, improve circulation, range of motion, detoxify, exfoliate skin and treat many of the conditions alleviated by massage. However, instead of pressing against the muscle, heated stones, glass cups or gua sha are placed over the skin to trigger a healing process of the musculoskeletal structure.
